Use Cell Scraper Double End for a variety of cell culture applications. Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) each cell lifter comes individually wrapped and is sterile non-pyrogenic and RNase/DNase-free. The double end design features a flat blade on one end and either a narrow blade or a narrow J-hook blade on the other. The flat blade makes even contact with growth surfaces and is ideal for harvesting cells in Tissue Culture-Treated Dishes (Catalog 38046) and flat-bottom plates (e.g. 6-well Catalog 38015/38016). The narrow blade is optimized to fit 96-well plates (e.g. Catalog 38022) and can also be used for resuspending cell pellets in microcentrifuge tubes. The narrow J-hook blade can be used to vertically lift cells from 24-well plates (e.g. Catalog 38017/38021).

The ibidi Culture-Insert family is developed for wound healing, co-cultivation, and migration assays of adherent cells. A proprietary biocompatible adhesive is applied to the underside of the Culture-Insert which allows it to adhere to any flat, clean, and dry surface. The Culture-Insert 4 Well consists of four wells, representing the four quarters of the round Culture-Insert. The wells are separated by a wall of 500 µm. When the wells are filled with adherent cells, a cell–free gap of 500 µm is created between the adjacent wells after removing the Culture-Insert 4 Well. Additionally, a center gap of 1000 µm is created, allowing to observe the migration of all cell types at once.
